What we collect

When you contribute, we collect your name, mailing address, email, optional phone, employer and occupation, organization details (if applicable), your contribution amount and date, your certifications, and technical information (IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp) used to document your certifications and prevent fraud. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, Inc.; Results PAC does not store your full card number.

Public disclosure under federal law

Federal law requires Results PAC to report to the Federal Election Commission the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each contributor whose contributions aggregate more than $200 in a calendar year (and certain other contributors), along with the date and amount. These reports are public. Information copied from FEC reports may not be sold or used by any person to solicit contributions or for any commercial purpose (52 U.S.C. 30111(a)(4)).

How we use it

We use your information to process your contribution, comply with federal law and recordkeeping obligations, send receipts, and communicate with you about Results PAC. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (such as our payment processor, compliance, and accounting vendors), as required by law, or to protect our rights.

Retention & security

We retain contribution records for at least the period required by federal law (11 CFR 102.9 and 104.14) and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
