Refund Policy

All contributions to Results PAC are voluntary. If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us within 30 days at 213-845-8855 or by mail at 9100 Wilshire Blvd, East Tower 333, PMB 1006, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, and we will review your request. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method.

Prohibited contributions

If Results PAC determines that a contribution may be from a prohibited source (including a foreign national, a federal government contractor, or a contribution made in the name of another), or otherwise cannot be accepted under federal law, the committee will refund it within the time required by 11 CFR 103.3.

Recurring contributions

You may cancel a monthly recurring contribution at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges. Past charges are not automatically refunded.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Contributions to Results PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
